Vaseline spray and go moisturiser

Vaseline Spray & Go body moisturiser, 190ml - £4.99

This has been on the market for a while but I wanted to try it out and with the warm weather upon us a reliable body moisturiser is now essential.

First let me talk you through the concept of this spray; this is supposed to be a quick alternative to vaselines body moisturisers that need time to dry before putting clothes on, this product in fact needs no time at all - you can spray, rub it into the skin and put your clothes straight on, it claims to be non-greasy, absorbs into the skin in seconds and dispenses evenly from the spray opening at the top.

As I am always in a rush this seemed like a product made specifically for me! I purchased it the first opportunity I could, this was in wilkinsons.

Now what do I think? I absolutely love this spray, the concept is well needed in the market and the convenience the spray offers is undoubtably the best moisturiser I own. However, whilst I can in fact get dressed straight away after rubbing it in, I do find with my legs in particular that after an hour or so I generally want to moisturise my legs again - this could be because I shave and no matter what products I use I always seem to have dry skin on my legs unless I use a thick moisturiser (which of course means I have to wait for it to dry).

The product comes in a range of three; Essential Moisturiser (the one seen above) Coco radiant and Aloe fresh. All of which smell divine! The moisturiser itself is a white cream formula that does, like it states, dispense evenly when sprayed onto the skin, which can be scarce with other moisturiser dispensers!

Overall, if you are looking for a nice quick body moisturiser then this done what it claims, I would even recommend this for your summer holiday - a nice moisturiser to perhaps use in the evenings after your after sun I would imagine it would be great for that in fact! Unfortunately though for a nice moisturised skin especially my legs I will stick to waiting for the thicker creams to dry.
